Preparation
Season the chicken with a little salt and pepper.
In a saucepan, heat the oil over moderate heat.
Add and mix the green pepper, onion, cilantro, garlic, oregano and ham.
Cook until they are cooked, but not browned.
Add the tomato sauce and mix well.
Add the chicken pieces, cover with the mixture and cook until the chicken is browned.
Add the water and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes.
Add the rice and cook for 25 minutes.
Serve in a bowl with stuffed olives, chopped pepper or avocado.
