The classic Chicken Broth with vegetables is a perfect homemade recipe for any occasion. This recipe for Chicken Broth has laurel, grass that gives it a special touch. Ingredients

10 servings
  • 3 liters of Water
  • 1 piece of chicken breast with bone and skin
  • 1/2 piece of onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 leaves of laurel
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 2 pieces of corn cut in 4
  • 2 pieces of carrot peeled and cored in medium cubes
  • 2 pieces of pumpkin cut into large cubes
  • 1 piece of potato cut into medium cubes
  • 1 piece of celery chopped
  • 1/4 of bunch of coriander
  • 1 piece of serrano pepper in slices, to accompany
  • 1 Cup of White rice cooked to accompany
  • to taste of green lemon cut in half, to accompany

    Preparation

    Heat a pot over high heat with the water and add the chicken breast, with the white onion, garlic, bay leaves and salt. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked. Foam the broth to remove impurities and remain transparent.
    Remove the chicken breast, remove the skin and unravel. Reservation.
    Strain the broth to remove the fat.
    Heat a pot with the defatted chicken broth, add the vegetables in order of cooking, starting with the corn, carrot, potato, squash, celery and cilantro. Cook until you have some crispy vegetables.
    Serve the broth with white rice the shredded chicken, accompany with slices of serrano pepper to taste and a few drops of lemon. Enjoy
