Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • 3/4 cups corn kernels, (can be natural or precooked)
  • 5 cups chicken soup
  • 1/2 chicken breasts, cooked and shucked
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

In a hot saucepan with oil, sauté the onion.
When it starts to look transparent, add spinach and corn kernels.
Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the chicken broth and cook until it boils.
Add the shredded chicken and rectify the seasoning, everything will depend on your chicken stock.

PRESENTATION

On a nice plate place your broth and garnish with cilantro or parsley a twig only, you can add a splash of soy sauce or some loin and voila juice !!!! A delight

TIPS

I recommend if when you use the chicken stock you used salt, do not put it back when cooking this broth, as we should remember that it would come out very salty.
