The yakisoba soup is one of the most classic preparations in Japanese cuisine. It is a delicious chicken soup with the rich flavor of Japanese cuisine. It is a very simple recipe to prepare and it is very economical.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 chicken legs, pitted
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • garlic salt, to taste
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 packages instant pasta soup
  • soy sauce, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons English sauce
  • 1 bunch cambray onion, cut the stems

Preparation

To the boneless chicken squeeze the lemon, add the salt, pepper and ground garlic . We pass it to the pan to start cooking.
In a separate pot put to cook the instant soups, when it starts to boil and the soup has already separated
When the chicken begins to take a golden color, add the English sauce and the soy sauce, already integrated, add the soup without the broth, stirring with the chicken

PRESENTATION

Serves on a bed of white rice and chamomile onions.

TIPS

The soup should be turned off at the first boil otherwise it will recoil with the sauces
