These noodles are a very easy option to prepare at home, with its spicy chipotle flavor is ideal to eat served with cream, cheese and avocado.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 chipotle chilies
  • 1 cup chicken soup
  • 400 grams noodle pasta
  • 1/4 cups oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste avocado
  • to taste old cheese
  • to taste Santa Clara® Cream
  • to taste fresh coriander
  • to taste corn tortilla

Preparation

Blend the tomatoes, onion, garlics and the chipotles with the chicken broth.
Heat the oil, add the noodles and fry until browned.
Empty the sauce over the noodles and cooked until the liquid evaporates.
Serve with Mexican cream, queso fresco and avocado.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a soup plate with cheese, cream and avocado.

TIPS

If you want it to be a little more spicy add a morita pepper.

Nunca había podido hacer fideo seco y con esta receta me queda perfecto!! Sólo omito el chipotle y a mi hijo le facina!!
