We present this spectacular detox soup, it is ideal if you are taking a vegetarian diet, without gluten or paleo. The combination of cooked vegetables will make you feel satisfied for a long time.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 onion, cut into small pieces
  • 3 bell peppers, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 3 tomatoes, cut into cubes
  • 1 bunch celery, cut into cubes
  • 1 cabbage, little
  • 4 cups Water
  • to taste salt

Preparation

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion with the pepper and cook until the onion begins to brown. Remove from the fire.
In a pot, add the cabbage with the water, the tomatoes, the celery and the onion mixture. Heat the soup over medium-high heat until it boils, cook for 30 minutes while stirring constantly.

TIPS

If you wish, you can store the remaining soup in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
