Preparation
Cut the melons and remove the seeds. Empty the pulp.
Cut into pieces the melon pulp and pass it through a food processor. Add the honey, the lemon juice, the orange juice and the port. Process until a homogeneous mixture remains.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
