Ingredients

4 portions
  • 17.6 ounces Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 3 avocados, mature
  • 1 lemon, (juice)
  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 1/2 teaspoons fresh scallion, chopped to decorate
  • Tabasco sauces, to taste
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 2 ounces croutons

Preparation

Peel and cut the avocado into pieces and place in food processor.
Pour the lemon juice, add the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
Serve in four soup bowls and garnish with a teaspoon of Yogurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%, croutons and chives.
