For any cheese fanatic, this recipe for ricotta cream is perfect to accompany dishes with chicken or meat. Enjoy on cold days and accompany with serrano peppers. You'll love it!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 tablespoons butter, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 branch fresh thyme
  • 1/2 cups Nestle media creama
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons butter, in cubes
  • to taste salt
  • to taste White pepper
  • enough serrano pepper, sliced, to accompany
  • enough fresh thyme, to decorate

Preparation

In a hot pan, melt the butter and cook the onion with the garlic until its color begins to have a bright hue. Add the cottage cheese and integrate, add the fresh thyme and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, remove the thyme from the mixture and reserve.
Blend the above together with the evaporated milk, the half cream, the milk and the cornstarch until integrated.
In a hot pot, melt the butter, pour the smoothie and season with salt and white pepper; cook for 8 minutes over low heat, try to move constantly so that the bottom does not stick.
Serve hot, accompany with sliced serrano pepper and garnish with fresh thyme.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with serrano pepper cut into slices and salty white bread.

TIPS

If you want to have a smoother cream, strain the mixture after blending, its texture will be even smoother and you will ensure that its consistency is uniform.
