Ingredients

6 portions
  • 250 grams pork rind, thin
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 liters chicken consommé
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • Avocado from Mexico
  • 1 cup cream

Preparation

Boil the consommé
Chop the tomatoes, onion and garlic cloves
Put the oil in a pot and pour the chopped ingredients
Leave acitronar
Consume a quarter of the consommé and mix it with the chopped ingredients
Let cool and liquefy
In the rest of the consommé, take the 250 grams of pork rind to soften it
Liquefy
Mix the two shakes and pour the cream now
season

PRESENTATION

Serve it garnished with slices or cubes of avocado and the chopped chicharrón
