Cream of Poblano Chili with Avocado and Turkey Bacon

This Campbells® poblano pepper cream, besides having an exquisite flavor, has an incomparable texture thanks to the avocado. Decorate with a touch of turkey bacon, which will not provide extra calories, but an unequaled flavor.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 can Chile Poblano Cream, Campbells® (430 g)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 avocado, peeled, boneless and cut into small cubes
  • 8 slices turkey bacon, fried and chopped

Preparation

Pour the poblano Campbells® chile cream in a small pot and heat over medium heat. Add water, milk and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve in a deep dish and accompany with avocado and bacon.

PRESENTATION

Before serving, place the avocado cubes.

TIPS

Cut the avocado until serving to avoid oxidation.
