Ingredients

8 servings
  • 500 grams of corn kernels
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 75 grams of Butter
  • 1 tablespoon of epazote chopped
  • 1 1/2 liters of chicken consommé
  • 250 milliliters of whipping cream
  • walnuts ground up to decorate

    Preparation

    In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and brown the garlic, onion and corn kernels for 2-3 minutes.
    Add the chicken broth and the epazote and let the corn cook over medium heat, about 20 minutes or until the corn is tender.
    Remove from heat and add the cream.
    In small pots, mix the soup perfectly and return to the pot. Season with salt and pepper and warm before serving.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany this soup of a bit of ground walnut for decoration.

    esta bien oye y la crema cuando se la agrego esta bien la receta pero la crema no pusiste cuando agregarla

    buenisima para empezar la comida la crema es una crema normal y yo dejaria una parte de los granos de elote sin moler le da mucha consistencia a la crema
