Preparation
In a pan with the oil sauté the onion until it is nicely fried. Add the asparagus and lightly cook with the onion stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and blend perfectly with milk and the Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth. Strain and return to the fire.
Perfectly dissolve the Maizena® Regular Cornstarch in the water and integrate it into the cream. Let boil to thicken. Serve hot and garnish with green onions.
