It is a cream with an ingredient of great tradition in our country "the bean". In my family it has been preserved with affection for some generations. The recipe is simple to prepare, nutritious, economical, delicious and safe you will love yourself and your family.

6 portions
  • 1/2 kilos bean, cooked
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cups half and half cream
  • 100 grams bacon, chopped fine
  • 1 avocado, cut into small cubes
  • Cotija cheeses, to taste
  • 1 ancho chile, cut into strips
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • salt, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons corn oil


Put the oil in a pan, once it is hot, add the bacon until it browns, remove it from the pan and set aside.
Using the same bacon fat brown the ancho chili for a minute, remove and reserve.
In the glass of the blender we put the 2 cups of broth, the beans and the onion. We liquefy.
In the pan where we have the fat of the bacon there we will add the mixture of the blender and to medium fire we will let it boil, moving from time to time to avoid that it sticks. Once it boils add the cream and condensed milk, lower the flame and move until it boils.
Serve hot. Each dish is added the bacon, broad chili, cheese and / or avocado according to the taste of the diner.


In this presentation, the cream is served on loaf of bread, with a touch of broad chili, bacon, cheese and a sprig of thyme to give color to the dish. Serves hot

Correcciones de los ingredientes. Hola, aqui las correcciones a un par de líneas de los ingredientes :     1/4 de pendiente =  1/4 de una cebolla 2 tazas de pendiente= 2 tazas de caldo de pollo saludos :)
