Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 kilos chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 1 branch celery, chopped
  • 1 cup cream
  • 3 liters Water
  • 800 grams chicken, (remnant)
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • aromatic herbs, necessary amount
  • 2 carrots, In rooms
  • 3 branches celery, In rooms
  • 1/2 leeks
  • 1 clove

Preparation

To make the chicken stock: Place in a deep pot the water with the carrot, 1 onion, 4 cloves of garlic, pore, celery, herbs, chicken patch, and cloves.
