Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams asparagus, green
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1/2 liters chicken soup
  • 1 cup Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • walnuts, chopped, to decorate

Preparation

Cut the asparagus into 1 centimeter slices.
In the pot where the soup is to be cooked, melt the butter and sauté the onion, add the asparagus, season and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the chicken stock and cover for 15 to 20 minutes or until the asparagus is tender.
In the blender add the Yogurt Type Greek FAGE Total 0% and the soup, liquefy and return to the pot.
Serve and decorate with nuts.
