Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 can Asparagus cream, Campbells® (430 g)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package white goat cheese, (140 g)
  • 120 grams pinion, fried
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Preparation

Pour the Campbells® asparagus cream in a small pot and heat over medium heat. Add water, milk and cook for 10 minutes.
Form 4 balls of cheese, cover with pine nuts and parsley.
Place one cheese ball per plate and serve hot asparagus cream.

PRESENTATION

Place the cheese ball with pine nuts first and serve the cream very hot.

TIPS

Avoid boiling the cream for a long time so it does not get too thick.
