Preparation
Cut into pieces the broccoli, the celery and the onion.
Heat the water until it boils, add the chopped vegetables and garlic, cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
In a saucepan melt the butter over low heat.
Blend the vegetables with the water and pour in the butter, add the evaporated milk, salt and pepper to taste. Heat until it is about to boil.
