Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup Knorr® Onion and Garlic Seasoning, to prepare 3 cups of chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 teaspoons unsalted margarine
  • 3 cups milk
  • 5 1/2 cups potato, cooked in cubes
  • 1/2 cups cambray onion, the tails
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch White pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Knorr® Chicken Broth

Preparation

Blend the potatoes, pepper and nutmeg with the milk until the mixture is very smooth.
In a pot melt the unsalted margarine and add the previous mixture with the chicken cubes.
Let boil 15 minutes over low heat without stopping to move to avoid sticking.
Add the onion tails and the chicken stock cooking 2 more minutes. To serve.
