Creative and delicious combination of pasta, to thicken and flavor a coriander cream. You can vary the flavor, we can do the same procedure if we want celery, peas, lettuce, peppers, etc. The variety to create a variety of creams is unlimited and the pasta enhances the flavor dramatically. You will never want to stop preparing your creams with my suggestion.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 package of bow tie pasta The Modern 220 g
  • 2 spoonfuls of salted butter
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • Salt
  • 1 bunch of coriander clean and disinfected
  • 2 cups of chicken soup
  • 1/4 of Cup of milk cream
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 clove of garlic bare
  • 1 piece of onion
  • chile de árbol peppers coriander leaves and cream to decorate

    Preparation

    In a frying pan we put to melt the butter along with the oil and there fry the package of soup of bunches, we move constantly so that it browns. Once the soup is browned, drain the excess fat.
    In the blender, grind the bunch of cilantro, the pasta of "La Moderna" golden buns, the garlic and onion and the chicken broth.

    Serve hot, decorate with a touch of cream, croutons and a fried tree chili and a sprig of cilantro.

    TIPS
