Ingredients

6 portions
  • 430 cream of corn, Herdez
  • 4 chilaca chilli peppers, roasted, peeled and deveined
  • 4 corn
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon chicken consommé
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • 30 grams butter
  • 30 grams flour
  • 1/2 liters milk

Preparation

In a saucepan melt butter and add flour, onion until golden brown. Add Herdez cream and evaporated milk.
Sauté the chiles with onion, blend with the rest of the cream and heat for 3 minutes.
Shelling the natural ears and put them to cook with water. Once cooked, add to the cream.
Rectify the salt.
Serve hot and decorate with strips of chilaca.

Corrección en los ingredientes Aclaro que la receta no lleva 430 cremas de elote, sino 1 lata de 430 gr.
