Cream of Mushroom with Chicken

A delicious cream of mushrooms with chicken, ideal for these cold days. Enjoy it in the company of the ones you love the most.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 400 grams mushroom
  • 1 tablespoon White flour
  • 20 grams vegetable butter
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 pinch table salt
  • 1 liter chicken soup
  • 200 grams chicken breast, shredded

Preparation

Cook the potatoes.
Peel and wash the mushrooms.
Cook the mushrooms with the potatoes.
In a pan put the flour with the oil until golden brown and then add the chicken stock little by little.
Let it cook for 15 minutes and then add the potatoes, chicken and mushrooms.
You add everything to the blender and liquefy it until you get a thick consistency.
Heat in a saucepan for 10 minutes and go.

TIPS

You can liquefy or not the chicken, in case of not liquefying it add it threading after liquefying the cream.
