Preparation
Cook the potatoes.
Peel and wash the mushrooms.
Cook the mushrooms with the potatoes.
In a pan put the flour with the oil until golden brown and then add the chicken stock little by little.
Let it cook for 15 minutes and then add the potatoes, chicken and mushrooms.
You add everything to the blender and liquefy it until you get a thick consistency.
Heat in a saucepan for 10 minutes and go.
