This recipe for cream of mushrooms with a touch of pore and ham is the perfect combination of flavor. It is very easy to do in less than 15 minutes you will have an ideal cream for the whole family.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cups leek, washed and finely chopped
  • 4 slices Serrano ham
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom, Campbells® (430 g)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 teaspoons sour cream

Preparation

Heat the butter, add the pore, pepper and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add Campbells® champignon cream, water and milk; mix and heat for 5 more minutes moving constantly to avoid sticking.
Serve in a deep dish, decorate with serrano ham and sour cream.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a deep dish and serve with a teaspoon of sour cream.

TIPS

You can add a little water for a lighter consistency.
