It is a rich cream of mushrooms accompanied by a few balls of cream cheese with sesame, delicious as a starter for a nutritious meal or simply for children's dinner.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams mushroom, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons walnut, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 3 cups chicken soup
  • 1 cup cream
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon black sesame seed
  • salt, to taste
  • white pepper, to taste

Preparation

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan and add the onion waiting for it to acitrate (change color to a transparent tone), add the mushrooms and move constantly until they change color to a golden tone.
In a blender put three tablespoons of walnut, mushrooms with onion and chicken stock add it little by little so that you can liquefy its contents well, we must obtain a homogeneous and somewhat thick mixture.
We return to the pan if we still have chicken broth and add it to the boil, add the cream and stir until everything is integrated.
With the cream cheese we are going to make balls of 2 cm approximately and we pass them through the sesame until they are completely covered.

PRESENTATION

Serve the cream and garnish with the nut that remains and a small ball of cream cheese and sesame seeds.
