Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1/2 piece of onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 4 pieces of Portobello mushroom
  • 2 cups of chicken soup
  • 1 Cup of whipping cream
  • 1/2 Cup of Almonds Great Value® peeled and toasted
  • 1/4 of Cup of White wine
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt Great Value®
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper

    Preparation

    In a saucepan over medium heat add two tablespoons of butter, onion, garlic, portobello mushrooms, and add the chicken broth and let cool.
    In a blender pour the previous preparation add the cream the almonds and season, blend until smooth and smooth.
