Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 portobello mushrooms
  • 2 cups chicken soup
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups Almonds Great Value®, peeled and toasted
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Great Value®
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat add two tablespoons of butter, onion, garlic, portobello mushrooms, and add the chicken broth and let cool.
In a blender pour the previous preparation add the cream the almonds and season, blend until smooth and smooth.
In a saucepan heat the 2 tablespoons of butter and pour the cooking cream for 5 minutes and add the white wine for 3 more minutes.
Serve the cream and decorate with portobello almonds and mushrooms.
