Preparation
Peel the potatoes and cut into 1 cm squares. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Brown the bacon for 7 minutes.
Add to the pan of bacon, potatoes and corn, cook for 5 minutes, until the juices are evaporated moving so they do not burn.
