Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 tablespoon Margarina Primavera® Salt-Free Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons leek, sliced
  • 1 potato, cooked and cut into cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoons garlic, dehydrated, in pieces
  • 1 on Knorr® Flavors Four Cheeses
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Preparation

Melt the Margarine Primavera® in a saucepan and brown the pore with the potato. Pour the water and bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
Blend the above with the cream and garlic. Return to the pan and when it begins to boil, add the contents of the Knorr® sachet Four Cheese Flavors
Let it boil for 1 minute more. Serve and garnish with chopped parsley.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a bowl.

TIPS

Peel and cut the potatoes raw and then boil for 10 minutes over medium heat or until soft.
