Preparation
Put the butter in a saucepan until it melts.
Add the onion and garlic until golden brown.
Blend the rice, a tozo of the breast (leave a few pieces of chicken to decorate) with two cups of chicken broth. Separate dissolve the cornstarch with a ¼ cup of water and add to the mixture, add the pieces of celery and cook for 15 minutes or 20 minutes season with salt (a little pepper optional).
Add the three cups of chicken broth and a little water if desired.
Let boil 10 minutes more and try and integrate the cream until it is fully incorporated.
Serve the cream and decorate with two leaves of parsley and chicken pieces.
