I present my winning recipe for a tasty cream of spinach and mushrooms. One day I did not know what to cook and it occurred to me to make this delicious cream. It is perfect for a cold day. You cook in a very short time.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 can cream, of Herdez® Asparagus
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Chop the spinach very finely.
To a pot, add butter and spinach. Once it is well cooked, remove it from the heat.
Add the spinach to a blender glass. Add the asparagus cream and grind perfectly.
Heat in the pot where you cooked the spinach.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with slices of baguete cut in a very thin way.
