Delicious cream of mushrooms with a spicy touch of chipotle chile. It's a perfect recipe for a cold afternoon when you crave a warm soup. In addition to that its creamy texture and delicious flavor will conquer you.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 kilos mushroom, sliced
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • to taste chipotle chili
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 6 walnuts

Preparation

Place the butter in a saucepan, add garlic and onion until transparent.
Add mushrooms, walnut, flour, evaporated milk. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chiles. Cook without stopping to move for 5 minutes.
Allow to cool and blend. Pour the mixture into a hot saucepan and cook for 10 more minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve with chopped nuts.

TIPS

You can add chicken stock if necessary.
