Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 Cup of onion cut into cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of leek chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of celery chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 2 cups of mushroom cut in quarters
  • 1 Cup of mushroom chopped
  • 1 Cup of nut
  • 2 cups of Vegetables soup
  • 2 cups of whipping cream
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 2 cups of mushroom cubed in cubes
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of White pepper

    Preparation

    Heat a small pot over low heat with the oil and cook the onion with the leek, celery and garlic until they have a bright color. Add the mushrooms, pecans and cook until the juices are released.
