With this recipe you can prepare a rich mushroom cream. You can make it for your daily meal or a special dinner.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 teaspoons margarine, with salt
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons onion, chopped
  • 3 cups Portobello mushroom
  • 1 on Knorr® Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 cups milk

Preparation

Melt the margarine with salt in a medium saucepan, sauté the garlic and onion for 2 minutes.
Add the portobellos and let cook until they soften.
Mix the mushroom cream with 1 cup of water and incorporate it into the portobellos
Pour the rest of the water and milk. Reduce the heat and let it boil, moving constantly.
Serve hot for all occasions.

A través de iOS Muy buena, cabe recalcar que se puede hacer con salsa de tomate de 1 litro de cualquier marca que venden en el súper, las tortillas a la juliana son tiritas delgadas , que no se te olvide apartar la mitad para servir aparte y que cada quien le ponga a su plato.
