This nut cream recipe can be the perfect warm entry for your dinner parties. With a creamy and fruity spicy touch, thanks to the one accompanied by grapes, this cream has a special flavor and is very easy to make, since you only have to follow three steps to prepare it. If the cream thickens a lot during cooking, you can add more chicken broth or milk.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup walnut
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 cup chicken soup
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle chili
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • to taste thyme
  • enough cream, to decorate
  • grapes, to decorate
  • walnuts, to decorate

Preparation

Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat, add the onion, garlic, nuts and reserve.
Blend the nuts with the cream, chicken broth and chipotle. Reservation.
In a pot over medium heat, heat the butter, pour the nut cream, season with salt, pepper and thyme, and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve the cream on a soup plate, decorate with sour cream, grapes and nuts.
