Preparation
In a saucepan melt the sugar and half a cup of vegetable broth. Season with cayenne pepper, leave over medium heat until it is integrated.
Add the cream cheese and evaporated milk into the blender, add the canned peppers (or roasted peppers if you can not find them) and the chopped garlic . Blend until a homogeneous cream is formed.
Pour the mixture into the pot, add the rest of the vegetable broth. Stir, let it break the boil and rectify the seasoning with salt and thyme.
