Preparation
Boil the potato cubes in water with a little salt. Remove and drain when cooked but still firm.
In a saucepan put the butter to melt and season the celery, the onion, once the onion is transparent, turn off.
Put the cooked potatoes, the collection (onion and celery), chicken broth, evaporated milk, salt, pepper and rosemary leaves in the blender jar. Liquefy.
Dissolve 2 tablespoons cornstarch in a little water, add the cornstarch and the half cream inside the grind.
Boil the cream with half-low flame, rectify seasoning and stir constantly until it boils.
Serve hot with Serrano ham.
