Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cups white onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cups celery, chopped
  • 1 cup walnut
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken soup, or of vegetables
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups whole walnut
  • to taste bread, To accompany

Preparation

Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil and butter, cook the garlic, onion, pore and walnut, season with salt and pepper, fill with broth and milk, cook until it reaches boiling point. Remove from heat and cool.
Add to the blender the previous preparation with the cream cheese, blend until you get a smooth cream.
Return the preparation of the blender to a pot and cook until it reaches boiling point, serve in a deep dish, decorate with walnut and accompany with bread and enjoy.
