Preparation
Roast the tomatoes on a comal with the onion and garlic, blend with the chicken broth.
Add a tablespoon of oil to a saucepan and add the mixture through a sieve.
Mix the flour with the milk and add the milk little by little, stirring until it forms a paste without lumps.
Season with salt, let simmer until it boils.
Chop the basil and add a pinch for decoration along with the croutons.
