Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo carrot
  • 30 grams butter
  • 1 liter mineral water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tablespoons black pepper, optional

Preparation

Peel and cut the carrots as you like.
Place them in a saucepan with the butter until it melts.
In the saucepan pour the milk and mineral water and, salt pepper (optional) leaves in the fire until the carrots are tender.
Crush the carrots in the blender until the cream forms. Serve hot.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate your dish with parsley and serve with croutons of bread or pieces of panela cheese.

TIPS

You have to cover the pan with a lid so it does not cream and heat very well before serving, but ... be careful not to reach the boil.
