Preparation
Cook in a saucepan a cup of rice with two cups of salted water, stir and let cook over medium heat until boiling, lower the heat and cover. Let it cook for 10 or 12 more minutes. Reserve.
Spray a pan with 6 shots PAM® Butter, fry ingredient by ingredient, starting with onion, garlic, shredded carrots, poblano chile slices, ham and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the cooked rice and season with the consommé, salt and pepper. Stir for two more minutes.
