Ingredients

6 portions
  • PAM® Butter, canola oil flavor butter spray
  • 3 cups rice, steamed
  • 1/2 cups Poblano pepper Strips (Rajas)
  • 1/2 cups carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cups Ham, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups red onion, filleted
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups black bean, Cooked
  • 3 teaspoons fresh scallion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons bouillon powder
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Cook in a saucepan a cup of rice with two cups of salted water, stir and let cook over medium heat until boiling, lower the heat and cover. Let it cook for 10 or 12 more minutes. Reserve.
Spray a pan with 6 shots PAM® Butter, fry ingredient by ingredient, starting with onion, garlic, shredded carrots, poblano chile slices, ham and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the cooked rice and season with the consommé, salt and pepper. Stir for two more minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve hot.

TIPS

So that the rice is not beaten, it is advisable not to stir the ingredients much, but stir in an enveloping way, add the rice at the end and use a plastic utensil to avoid beating the rice.
