Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package mixed vegetable, chopped
  • 2 liters chicken soup
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 twig fresh coriander
  • 1 twig parsley
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic

Preparation

Grind the tomatoes with the garlic and onion. Strain.
Fry the previous mixture in the oil and add the vegetables, broth and salt.
Leave over low heat until the vegetables are sewn.
