Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams lentil
  • 500 grams mollejita, clean
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Green Chiles, chopped
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 onions, filleted
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 branch fresh epazote
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Boil the liter of water to put to cook the lentils, once it is boiling put the lentils previously washed along with the gizzards the 1/4 of onion and the clove of garlic. Once cooked, remove the gizzards and cut into small pieces and reserve.
In a separate frying pan, sauté the 1/2 piece of onion sliced ​​the mollejitas in pieces and the chopped tomato, season with the chicken consome and let cook for 2 minutes, then add the gizzards and the epazote branch to let boil with all the ingredients.
When serving add a touch of flavor with a few drops of lemon and chopped chilito
