Preparation
In a saucepan heat the oil and brown the garlic and thyme for 2-3 minutes.
Add the avocado and the chicken stock and cook until the soup boils. Lower the heat to a low heat, cover the soup and allow it to cook for 15 more minutes.
Transfer the soup to the blender and blend to obtain a puree. Go through a thin strainer and return to the pot.
Add the cream and mix well. Warm and serve.
