Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cans palmetto
  • 1 can beef bouillon
  • 1/4 liters light cream
  • to taste black pepper

Preparation

It is liquefied 1 can of palmito, the consommé and the cream (the can of palmito, drained, without the water).
It gets a little pepper.
It gets into the refrigerator.
Before serving, put the other can of palmito well minced.
