This delicious potato and pore soup is a recipe that you have to cook at home. As well as being easy, it is a dish that everyone will love because it has a great flavor and when you accompany it with cubes of cream cheese you will not be able to resist it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 90 grams cream cheese
  • 250 grams cambray potato, departures in halves
  • 2 cups leek, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoons fresh thyme
  • 4 cups chicken soup
  • 1/2 sticks butter, (45 g)
  • to taste chicken bouillon

Preparation

Place the butter in a saucepan and add the potatoes. Skip for a few minutes.
Add the pore and cook until smooth and a little transparent.
Add the thyme and garlic. Sauté until browning lightly, without burning.
Pour the chicken broth, cover and cook until the potatoes are cooked. Season with chicken bouillon powder to taste.
Serve each plate with the cream cheese cubes.
