Ingredients

4 portions
  • olive oils
  • 1/2 packages noodle pasta, The modern

  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled

  • 1 twig rosemary
  • 1 branch celery, chopped in medium cubes
  • 3 leaves basil
  • 2 twigs fresh coriander
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Put to heat oil and fry the noodles. Reserve.
Grind the tomatoes, onion, garlic and 1/4 cup of water.
Put to fry this puree (I like it without straining) with very little oil; When it changes color add rosemary, celery, cilantro, basil, pasta and salt.
Let it boil over high heat then lower to minimum temperature and covered for 20 minutes.
Serve and divide.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a deep dish.

TIPS

For those who do not like the direct taste of rosemary, they can put it in an improvised bag to be easily removed after making the soup.
