Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 package noodle pasta, The modern
  • corn oil, to fry
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 tablespoon chicken consommé, powdered
  • 1 cup Water
  • 270 grams mass
  • 1/2 packages panela cheese, chopped
  • 2 avocados
  • toasted sesame seeds
  • cream
  • guajillo chilies

Preparation

Fry the noodle without burning and drain it on absorbent paper.
Prepare a sauce by putting the garlic in the blender. the onion. the tomato, the consommé and the water.
Put the sauce to cook in a pot.
When the sauce is ready, put the dry noodle and the mole. Stir.
Leave on a low heat until the sauce evaporates. Do not stir so you do not beat.
Put a bed of noodles in a jelly mold, then a bed of chopped cheese and a bed of noodles.
Unmold on a platter.
Decorate with slices of avocado cream, sliced ​​chili and sesame seeds.

PRESENTATION

Serve it full on the table and have each person cut their portion as if it were a cake.

TIPS

Decorate it when you take it to the table so that it is hot and the cold top ingredients.
