It is the sopita as we said our mother prepared us when we were kids because we loved it because it has egg and noodles at home all my brothers (10) apart from me we prepare it when we feel down because we say that it lifts our spirits and we love it Likewise, as our mother prepared them from generation to generation, we prepare them, I prepare them for my children, they love them and it is something that we would always eat because of its speed and content and, above all, its rich flavor.

  • 1 1/2 liters Water
  • 1 clove garlic, Crushed
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 on noodle pasta
  • 1/2 bags noodle pasta
  • 1 chicken soup, in cube
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • balls dough, very small the size of a marble
  • 2 eggs, smoothie
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped to decorate


I put the water in a pan to boil with the garlic and onion.
I add my envelope of noodles and the additional noodles along with the chicken broth cube and the salt, I let it boil for 5 minutes. As I go I add my balls of dough and I cook for 5 more minutes.
I turn off the fire and add the beaten eggs. I decorate with onion and cilantro.


You can accompany with a few small fried gorditas and panela cheese if you want an additional flavor.


We can accompany it with toast or garlic bread and eat immediately to enjoy its rich flavor and freshly made better.
