Preparation
Put in a pot in which all the ingredients can fit the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Once the oil is already hot, add the pasta in the pot and stir until it is well mixed. Wait for the pasta to take a more golden color.
Once the paste gets a medium golden color, add the liquid chicken broth and shortly after, the chicken powder consommé. If desired, you can add the potato, chicken and vegetables.
Stir constantly until the paste has a smooth texture.
Serve in a round dish for soups.
