Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package penne pasta, The modern
  • 3 pumpkins, italian
  • 1/2 pending, finely chopped
  • 1/2 red bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • olive oils, necessary amount
  • fine herbes, to taste
  • 1 pinch salt
  • panela cheese, grated
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation

Cook the pasta al dente and reserve.
Wash the pumpkins and slice into slices.
In a pan add olive oil and season the onion and garlic, add the pepper to brown a little.
Place on top of the onion, pepper and garlic the slices of pumpkins in the shape of a bed and add another bit of olive oil on top.
Add salt, pepper to taste and sprinkle fine herbs.
Cover the pan and cook over medium heat so that the cooking is almost steamed.
Turn the pumpkins so that the cooking is more uniform on both sides.
Once the pumpkins are cooked, add the drained pasta and let it brown a little.
Serve sprinkling some grated cheese.

PRESENTATION

Sprinkle with grated cheese and accompany with strips of roasted chicken breast.

TIPS

It is important not to cook the pumpkins, they should be a bit hard and crispy.
