Preparation
Bleach the bones in hot water and then pass them in cold water.
Put the bones, the onion cut into quarters, the carrot cut into thick slices, the garlic, pore and ginger to boil in a clean pot.
In a pan, seal the meat and add to the vegetable broth to finish cooking.
In another pot put the soy sauce, ginger, garlic and seaweed and let it boil and put out the fire.
Boil the eggs in water with vinegar for 15 minutes if you want them well cooked.
Cook the pasta in water with a little salt.
Once the meat has been cooked, remove it from the broth, let it cool a little and slice it into thin slices and marinate in the soy sauce preparation and do the same with the eggs.
